The 19th Severance Cosmetic Surgery Symposium

On June 26-27, 2017, the Severance Beauty Symposium was held at Severance Hospital in Shinchon, hosted by the Department of Plastic Surgery at Yonsei University. On the 26th, I gave a presentation on the theme of’Creating a beautiful and young face through hairline correction ‘.

It’s been a while since I went to my alma mater and gave a presentation, and I felt new. When I was trying to make a presentation in front of the professors who taught me, I suddenly remembered the days of a student or a resident. Even if I’m over forty, I think I’ll go back to my youth in front of the teachers. The professors who were tough also became very soft. 🙂

It was a great opportunity to study a lot while preparing for this presentation.

It was nice to be able to find out more about the proportions and shapes of hairlines and faces, which were considered beautiful from the past.

I summarized how to position the hairline on the horizontal axis and on the vertical axis, and how people perceive that designing the side line is beautiful.

It was also a place where I could feel that interest in hairline surgery is increasing because people who are starting now ask questions rather than teachers who are currently doing hairline correction surgery a lot .
