The 4 degree maintenance system at all stages of the procedure is a device that allows the hair follicle cells to be stored at a low temperature under the same conditions as the body environment from the moment the hair follicle cells come off the back of the head for hair transplantation until immediately before they are transplanted into the hair loss area.

The 4 degree maintenance system solved the problem of minimizing the exposure of hair follicle cells to the air at the same time, preventing the transplantation of damaged follicle cells.

A lot of effort and attention are being paid to maintaining the hair follicle cells at 4 degrees for hair transplantation at the domestic and overseas hair transplant society, and there have been various attempts to keep the temperature of the hair follicle preservation solution constant using ice and refrigerant.

However, since the method using ice and refrigerant may cause an error due to the influence of the external temperature, there is a limit to maintaining the temperature.

Regarding this, Director Kim Jin-oh said, “MCD is the core equipment of the 4 degree maintenance system at all stages, and it can prevent damage to the hair follicle cells by maintaining the absolute temperature from the beginning to the end of the surgery.” “We have installed and operated every microscope that we handle.”

Director Kim added, “We expect MCD to become a new milestone in low-temperature storage, which is one of the essential factors for increasing hair transplant engraftment, along with’slit hair transplantation’ and’microscopic hair follicle separation’.”
