Please note that we refuse unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses posted on this website using e-mail collection programs or other technical devices, and violations of this will result in criminal penalties under the Information and Communication Network Act.
<Act on Promotion of Information and
Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.> Article 50 2 (Prohibition of unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses, etc.)
① Anyone will automatically collect e-mail addresses from the specified Internet homepage to refuse collection of e-mail addresses E-mail addresses should not be collected using programs or other technical devices.
② Anyone shall not sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of Paragraph 1.
③ Anyone who knows that it is an e-mail address that is prohibited from collection, sale and distribution pursuant to Paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not be used for information transmission.
Article 65 2 (Penal Provisions) Any person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 10 million won.
① A person who has taken technical measures in violation of Article 50 (4)
② A person who transmits commercial advertising information in violation of Article 50 (6)
③ Collects e-mail addresses in violation of Article 50 (2) Person who used it for sales, distribution or information transmission
